How long will it take to receive my order?

All our items are made to order - this means it takes a little bit longer for them to reach you than standard mass-factory produced items. On average, your order will be delivered around 3 weeks from your order date.

Why does my tracking number not work?

Tracking numbers are pre-generated, and can take around 10 working days to start showing data. If yours doesn't work, don't worry yet - just check it again in a few days to a week!

What courier & shipping method was my order shipped with?

All orders ship via International Tracked Economy shipping by Hong Kong Post. They will be delivered by your local post office - for example, in the United States, this is USPS, in the United Kingdom this is Royal Mail, in Canada this is Canada Post, and so on.
